At Bird Dog Parking, the health and safety of our guests and employees is our highest priority. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are implementing extra cleaning protocols to support your safety, and that of our communities. 


For your peace of mind, we have implemented the following procedures: 

  • Employee temperature checks are required before the start of every shift.

  • Employees are required to wear masks covering the nose and mouth.

  • When retrieving or receiving a vehicle, employees are required to wear a new pair of gloves. Gloves are provided to all team members at the valet podium. 

  • Hand sanitizers are available at the valet podium and main entrance of the building. 

  • After retrieving a guest vehicle, employees will use antibacterial wipes to sanitize car keys, shifter, ignition button, steering wheel, drivers inside driver-side door, as well as external driver-side door handle. 

  • We are offering a paperless text message ticket system, powered by Oobeo, to reduce the amount of physical interaction. We will still offer paper tickets to guests who prefer them.

Continue to protect yourself and stop the spread of COVID-19 with the following recommendations from the CDC and World Health Organization:

  • Wash your hands frequently with an alcohol-based hand sanitizer or with soap and warm water.

  • Avoid touching your face, eyes, mouth, and nose. 

  • Maintain at least 6 feet distance between yourself and others, or wear a face covering if you are unable to maintain a safe distance. 

  • If you have a fever, cough or difficulty breathing, please seek medical attention.


We will continue to update procedures and protocols as the situation continues to evolve.
